While we do offer some classics, we take a unique, real food spin on them that is sure to tantalize your taste buds and keep you coming back for more.
South County Commons Cafe: Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch
Don’t leave South County Commons Restaurants without ordering one of our scramblers if you’re hungry for breakfast or brunch! Our Northwest Scrambler is made with eggs, American cheese, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and onions, and it comes with a heaping helping of New England cornbread. On the other hand, we offer a dish called the South County Scrambler, which consists of eggs scrambled with diced sausage, sweet red peppers, caramelized onions, and shredded cheddar cheese, all served with a side of seasoned potatoes. Our Maple Bacon Croissant has all the flavors of the northeast, including maple and bacon. On a grilled English muffin, our Gansett Sandwich includes bacon, avocado, spinach, American cheese, and a fried egg.
Chourico Bowls, Portuguese Scramblers, and Portuguese Sweet Bread French Toast are also popular dishes that pay homage to the region’s rich Portuguese heritage. Two eggs, onions, peppers, chourico, potatoes, and your choice of toast top the local take on Eggs Benedict known as the Chourico Bowl. The Portuguese Scrambler is a savory dish made with scrambled eggs, linguica, red peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese that is seasoned with a kick. Delicious Portuguese Sweet Bread is used to make our French Toast, which is then topped with your choice of fruit and served with warm maple syrup. Our Greek-inspired Omelette with spinach, Feta, onions, and tomatoes is not to be missed, nor is the Portuguese Omelette or the Hash Omelette, both of which are made in-house.
