Spring Menu Items in Rhode Island
Be sure to check out the menu online or in person at our South County Commons café if you haven’t already. Our current lunch specials include the popular Loaded Home Fries, which are seasoned potatoes, grilled onions, and peppers, all topped with Hollandaise sauce, and the Corned Beef Ruben Melt, which is grilled house-made corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing on Marble Rye toast. Don’t leave without sampling our hot or cold brewed coffee treats; we provide the finest coffee in all of South County Commons. Lattes, macchiatos, and other speciality drinks created just for you by our skilled baristas are at your disposal.
The Tuna Melt, Crispy Chicken Wrap, BLT, and more creative takes on lunchtime classics are just a few examples of what we have to offer. On our popular sourdough bread, for instance, you’ll find American and Cheddar cheese, bacon, and fresh fig jam in our Grilled Cheese. There’s fresh turkey atop the Turkey & Brie Croissant along with Brie cheese, bacon, lettuce, apple slices, and cranberry sauce. With fresh sliced turkey, tomato, Romaine lettuce, bacon, cucumbers, and cranberry mayonnaise on multi-grain bread, the Narragansett Sandwich is named for a popular Rhode Island destination.
Rhode Island Breakfast and Lunch Cafe
Our burgers are a great option if you’re searching for something substantial to eat at lunch that will keep you satisfied until dinner. We use a Butcher’s Mix that includes premium Angus Chuck, Short Rib, and Brisket in all of our burgers, and we serve them on toasted Brioche buns. You may order our basic Patty Melt with a combination of cheeses and sautéed onions on toasted sourdough, or go for the Vermont Maple Burger with real Vermont cheddar cheese, bacon, and a maple bacon glaze.
The Portuguese Burger is a specialty of Rhode Island and should not be missed. Besides the traditional 6 ounce Butcher’s Mix patties, this burger also has spicy Linguica, cheese, and a fried egg for good measure. Unlike the standard burger, which is served on a toasted Brioche bun, our Brunch Burger is served on an English muffin and topped with a fried egg, American cheese, maple bacon aioli, and crispy bacon. Want something vegetarian to eat? Try one of our delicious salads or our famous Impossible Burger, topped with as many fresh ingredients as you like. Summer Salad, Caesar Salad, Avocado Salad, and Garden Salad are just few of the traditional options.
